Handy
Handy was the hand puppet (and brains) of the villain
known as The Human Ton. Recruited by The Terror to take
over The City, Handy and The Ton helped capture the
mayor and his white house. Arthur was able to defeat
Handy by removing him from The Ton and then stomping
on him over and over and over....
