The Evil Midnight Bomber What Bombs at Midnight

you're not!"
He is an enigma. His brilliant plan to take out most of The
City's heroes by destroying the Comet Club failed only
because Arthur was so quick to notice. Bomber's virtually
incoherent babbling and lack of consistency leads most heroes
to underestimate his awesome genius. He packs an unmatched
arsenal of explosive devices and can nimbly place them
in several strategic locations very quickly.
Bomber even misled the entire villain community into believing that
he wasn't the greatest villain of all (which would have attracted
too much unwanted attention) by getting himself kicked out of
the Enemy Awards ceremony.
